Out of interest what method of valuation have people found best? I used to do DCF a lot, but have recently switched to more of a comparative analysis based approach as I've found it to be more in line with how the market behaves and use it to guide top ups etc.
I've never found DCF to be that great, but I also admit i'm not an "expert" at it.
