    My suggestion would be yes to get a lawyer to look at it and explain it to you if you are not the legal language type.

    Was there no stipulated DD end date in the contract? If there is no date they could take as long as they want - that’s obviously not something you want. 12 month settlement after DA? Sh$t you could end up waiting 5yrs. Sell it to someone else!! And those deposits rates are a joke imo..
