Thanks. Good points. People across the road have been waiting 3 years (2 extensions and no money!!) Concerned, if I do sign this contract, my hands are tied and I can not sell at a better price to someone else while under contract with this guy!! My contract is $250000 more than the guys across the road, because I waited!!
