    Most certainly you need a property solicitor
    You should try to get "time limits specified on each clause " for you rather than have the property tied up for a long time
    Satisfactions on both clauses could take a LONG time

    Not knowing what the property is worth, you realize that if property prices double in the next two to three years you will still be getting the same amount

    A lessor figure now and the money in the bank for the next 2+ years may be a better option if avail

    In these weird financial times there is nothing that is certain other than money in your hand now.
    Basically you are giving them the rights to buy your property at any time in the future for only $2000
    IE you can't sell it to anyone else no matter how urgent you needs may be
