At the current sp prices, I wouldn't want a T/O offer now anyway. For, even if we were lucky to get a 40% premium on our current sp levels, some investors here could be left looking at some very uncomfortable losses.
I would prefer MEl to work hard in getting a move on our sp to at least the 70 or even 80 cents first, were a 40% premium on top of that could be reasonable to accept.
