Don't quite see where the misery is.
Given you don't hold shares.
The misery comes when the company goes into liquidation.
Let me tell you, from experience, it is not pleasant AND generally the people with an interest in either the notes or the shares are completely gutted emotionally and financially.
Not something to be light hearted about sitting on the sidelines.
