$9 billion for a railway. Starting to sound more and more reasonable at every turn!
Even just NMR 5 billion tonnes of coal... $15/tonne.....!
Just one "little" resource among many in Southern Africa - with many other parties set to benefit at other mines, industries etc. Might be a big "pass the hat" on a global scale to get a railway started!
Still a fair way off of course!
