Exciting times eh? My guess is most long term holders (three years and more) feel much the same as I do; can't quite believe that the end of the exploration phase is actually in sight and we will move in to the production phase.

Twenty eight days time and our permit to produce will be granted. Our ticket to riches; living the life of Riley. That's the theory at least. This has been such a long aand winding road with so many false dawns in it that it is hard to believe this is not another. I am assured by several valued holders (posters and non-posters) that we are through the gap and we can relax in that knowledge.

I am not relaxed. I am in fear of some sort of legal challenge as illogical as this may be. I think the broader market has some similar feelings which would explain why the sp is not double or more where it is today.

All this aside the really exciting news is a return to exploration and resource extension. LD as profitable as it may appear is really at the boutique end of the market on a world scale. It is below the radar of the majors who as we are seeing on another thread are prepared to pay billions to have a significant presence in this market.

A significant increase in total resource may put us on the map. From memory I think it was G who said he got into Reward for Carnarvon. I got in for Officer. In the new year we may know the answer to more resources at LD and Officer.

In the mean time 28 more days.
