Some interesting perspectives, I agree that starting now would get us operational when the real demand comes in. However, we were wrong on the price declines this year, hard to determine if the demand and pricing will be accommodating in 3 years time.

Also agree that once the money lands then we might see some action from the board and potential bidders.
