I for one agree with you Peace. Yes they were always heading towards production (still are) but did in fact say they would consider selling if an offer with enough zeros in it came along (it was said in a video presentation/update by Nick Corlis as I recall). Well this offer certainly had plenty of zeros in it (although I note the irony of that) and they did the prudent and responsible thing in recommending it and the vast majority of shareholders (95%) agreed and approved it.

A lot now is riding on the market sentiment regarding the China steel situation in the months ahead. Andrew Forrest reckon's all's well on that front and said the other day that the iron ore price will be at $170 per tonne next year so let's hope he's right. If he is I think all will be well with us too.
