Management couldnt have seen or predicted what has happened recently...
but
They did sell out shareholders to MMK originally instead of having the balls to take this company to production...
IMO they took the VERY easy way out which ONLY ensured a significant financial benefit to themselves...it was partly greed that drove them to do it and partly being lazy and lacking imagination or passion for this Australian company..
