Remember this from 1 Dec 2011,
Flinders Mines (ASX:FMS) has noted the freezing of certain Australian assets of Magnitogorsk Metallurgical Kombinat (MMK) by the Federal Court of Australia on November 25 and 28.
Flinders and MMK signed a scheme implementation agreement on November 25.
MMK has informed Flinders the freezing orders in place do not,and will not, impact on its ability to fulfill the scheme agreement.
Flinders directors are continuing to unanimously recommend the
scheme in the absence of a superior proposal.
