1031- it's not ramping IMO, esi has gone past that from similar levels in under a week only on a "mou" with no dollars given! Once $$$ is received this SP will gap up.. But like I said money needs to be banked! That will be esi's biggest achievement yet!! Once money is confirmed I'm sure the announcements to follow will be very interesting indeed.. I'm more confident than skeptical at the moment. All IMO P.s there has to be a big reason behind the silence IMO, time will tell
