Because of change of management
Successive Copper Flats announcements
Gaining extra leases in Laos
Gold going higher and Suplejack
Move closer to mining
It would take just a couple of these to seriously increase the stock value. As a company moves further from being a specy to production there is more interest.
I have copper mining understanding and see this alone can add real upside e.g. SFR are at $3.70ish and still a long way off from mining; in other words still moving to mining phase.
