To everyone thinking about taking action and trying to drag this company through some kind of Court or compensation process. If you do you will not only be wasting your time but also your money. Although i am terribly disappointed with this company and fully regret not bailing when i could have. They are obviously taking the right steps to re list remember they still need to be able to show a certain amount if earning over a certain period of time. They obviously cannot secure the funding they need due to reasons we will never know. But by signing more customers they may be able to eventually re list the old fashioned way by actually turning a strong profit. So i would suggest you all realize that you have no right to legal action while the company still attempts to re list and just chuck your paperwork in the bottom drawer and wait for this one to do something.
