I agree with you that the jv partner is not partly factored into the current sp...
The sp is in limbo at present, mainly because of the global situation....and the jv partner is both unknown and the release of ann date and details of partner etc are all unknown.
Once the jv partner is announced and if the deal is a good one then watch the sp head north....IMO
