I do agree that it will significantly de-risk the project but I think it's something we're expecting and from what I've seen, if the market "expects" something, this means it is at least partly included in the SP. I would've thought Hanlong's investment would have been a de-risk of sorts aswel. I think this retracement that we've just had is part of any growing company - hence the fib retracement in TA.

Don't get me wrong, the SP will rise when the markets look a bit better and this is a significant part of the de-risking, I just don't think that with the release of a JV the SP will skyrocket instantly, it will as you say, allow it to proceed upwards though.
