I feel sorry for American citizens. All that cash thrown at stupid losing wars, when they could have used it to upgrade their own infrastructure and industry. I get the idea the economic war is the main game here, and the US is losing IMO. The US has weaponized the USD too many times. Sanctions now lifted on Venezuela.
