These facts seem obvious to me comparing USA and Russia
USA media is HUGE in terms of people/journalists employed compared to the shrivelled Kremlin dominated publicity orgs tolerated in Putins Russia.
Look how Putins system railroaded Navalny to his death - just a few months ago -
USA does have a significant Mafia/Mob org who have the ability to murder those who annoy them -
