The piece on CNN offers no evidence, merely claims it exists. From this it extrapolates opinion not fact. The so called transmission intercepts apparently come via Mossad. I wouldn't believe something like this from them, and if this evidence is compelling why not release it? Same occurred with Iraq and WMD. Sources kept secret later proved a fraud.
