Wow, for a barbaric war criminal Putin and his forces have used an enormous amount of restraint to this point. For all the rockets / missiles and artillery used there has been a very small number of civilian casualties. Like almost any rational person viewing the plethora of footage of bombardments, has nobody even anecdotally asked why the number of casualties is so small. Of course any civilian casualty is a tragedy!
