Just out of interest I went to this news source and before I skimmed thru this link I scanned the dozens of articles headlines on the RT front page. Not 1 featured Pres Vlad at a current time - say opening a Moscow flower show. https://www.rt.com/russia/585989-putin-had-cardiac-arrest/ The above article mentions that Pres Putin is 71 which they say is the average life expect for Russian males - but of course Pres Putin would have Tier One Moscow health care unlike most Russians. (A bit like the now dead Chinese Ex Premier who is reported to have died due heart attack - he would have enjoyed years of Tier 1 Beijing Health Care) Pres. Vlad must be concerned that with the 2 yr Anniversary of his Ukr invasion coming closer his forces are jammed into the far eastern regions of Ukr. We all remember from early 2022 the media showing roads full of Russian tanks and vehicles way over nearer Kiev.
