As to 19th and 20th century western colonialism, this was addressed last century with independence of all African nations. Meanwhile in Ukraine in the 21st Century, Russia is acting as a colonial power annexing parts of Ukraine. The Africans know who the modern day colonialist is and it’s Russia.
