I think maybe you might be right. The more countries like Russia and India deal with countries who’s practices have greater transparency (like Australia) the more they will be forced to clean up their act.

I don’t think you want countries like Russia and India descending into complete economic and social meltdown because they cant get the energy they need for their country. I dare say that’s when the agro will start!
