Russia and China have the smartest leaders in the world.
Our politicians, and those in the USA, UK and all the EU countries, run around barking at everyone (like that little dog on your street that barks at everything and everyone walking past the front fence), whilst Putin is that huge dog that sits quietly on the front porch, observing everyone and everything, and silently going about his business, letting the "small dogs" (all our politicians) bark away - knowing that with a lot of bark, comes little bite.
Well done Mr Putin - great move. Respect.
