My intentions here are to discuss and support a company I am invested in. What I hold is none of your business, but yes, I do hold a substantial number of 08 and 2010 options because I see this story as far from over. Any deal that is struck with 08 option holders will be between them and voting share holders of which you are not one (by your own admission).
