No it's not. The people of Crimea have always considered themselves to be Russian.
Perhaps you should look into the history of the region a little more.
While you're at it look into how the US stages the coup in Ukraine and is now bringing in soldiers and weapons to back the illegitimate government which we know from the Victoria Nuland tapes to be US backed.
Perhaps if western nations (our govt included) focused on our own countries rather than going around invading other countries and overthrowing their governments things would be much better.
Just look at the mess Libya is in now thanks to Hillary and her "We came, we saw, he died".
Well know hundreds of thousands of innocent people are dying as a result of the instability caused by our meddling in the region.
