Great tutorial and plenty to get your teeth into.
You need to register but it is free. Rembrant put me on to this site some months ago and also Chris Tembys book. The maths is not as complicated as it first looks and being a student you will probably pick it up quicker than I did anyway. Picking the direction of the underlying is not nearly enough as you will soon learn.
Just the spread between buy and sell can be enough to give you the sh*ts.
There have been so many good threads over the past few months regarding warrants and volatility I wont attempt to offer anymore. Put rembrant in your favourites as he offers helpfull comments in most threads on the subject and also to get the whole thread do a search by poster ie rembrant and then you get to see what others have also posted in the same thread.

Greed has got me a couple of times by looking for the biggest possible return and then when the trade went against me there was little left because of the spread.
A much better way was how I started with a target of 20% profit on $1000 outlay. Sanfords took there $60 and I was left with about $140.
Expect to get it wrong at times and use tight stops.
