Let's hope it makes 4...
- PDN announce capital raising for M+A opps (among other things).
- They own 19.9% of NGM.
- Last week they said they were looking to explore in Niger (as far as im aware they hold nothing in Niger except a share in NGM - not 100% on this but couldnt find anything about Niger on their website, please feel free to correct me if im wrong)
- September 18 is the date when NGM is allowed to consider deals with other parties.
- PDN last month increased their stake to the highest level without making a t/over bid.
With that in mind... im in.

Cant see much downside at 18c - with main risk being political situation in Niger (and much of that IMO is factored into a share price - market cap of just $27m)...
