There doesn't seem to much general awareness and discussion of potential future revenues. This information, and subsequently is what will set the value of the company...so I am starting the discussion. Whats your predictions of the market size, sales numbers, revenues and profits?

Revenue earning phase to begin soon.
1. ?Europe - Post Market Surveillance Study - starting Q4 2012 - will there be any payment for the devices implanted? Aug 2012 Investor presentation says study is to assist with achieving reimbursement.
2. ?USA - Pivotal trial - Aug 2012 Investor presentation - says hoping for reimbursement as per feasibility trial ($57k per device - ?=device cost, ??= total rebate for implantation and for device itself).

Europe
If revenue (why not? someone should be paying) then ?$57k (as per USA),
Revenue total for the Study?
50 patients x $57k = $2.85m (to mid 2013)

USA Pivotal trial revenue
350 patients randomised (assume ?50:50)= 175 devices implanted.
175 x $57k = $10.3m

Total = $13.1m

Any thoughts/comments on the above?
Other questions:
What about the actual revenue to the company? I have heard previously that $16k/device was suggested (?source).
What about the size of the market? Current Class III worldwide prevalence? New cases per year?
What % of Class III market is reasonable to expect? Did company propose they were after 30%?
