One of the key aspects of RRL has and always will be its people, yes Morgans departure is regrettable, the reasons could be external or internal or personal that we do not know. They have a very loyal team of guys from as far back as early Samantha gold days at Higginsville, their Maintenance guy is one of the best in the business, they have geologists some that have been with the company since they graduated almost and some that have over 25 years of in pit experience. They have a pool of people that I know would be very capable in stepping in to meet the challenge
of Operations manager. The company is in good hands With Nick and Frank filling in at the moment. Sure they would probably rather be retired but that's not who they are.
