As I said I'm a glass half full kinda guy, Garden Well yes that has a lot of water in it no doubt.
Rosemont wasn't breeched but has surface runoff , yes its a fair bit of water but its not Noahs Arc material.
I don't know what procdeures have been put into place I only know that when Frank Fergusson is involved things are usually being shaken up a little. That's why im confident that things will keep improving.
