I thought they'd recently announced a huge drill campaign, it's the results of the holes they've already drilled I reckon we need. The South American activity & the silence as to what they've so far discovered is what is need to be released. As has been pointed out by others, oil was hit a couple of months ago & the rig has only just packed up & moved on now at $1m per day, I'm sure they weren't just having summer holidays out there sipping rum cocktails & whistling 'Girl from Ipanema'.
