    I got it from one of Graham's post in the context that there was speculation PPX may make an offer at $30.

    I would not expect them to buy on market until they feel PPX is strong enough and has surplus cash. I cannot see the alternative of a deal involving 75%+ of PXUPA holders getting up anytime soon.
