I'm not sure if it is 75% of all PXUPA or 75% of votes? But either way needs to be a realistic offer. From what I understand PXUPA does not has a group of insto holders so PIGS will be the ones that will set the tone re any offer acceptance.

Also not sure if PPX can simply buy on market or if they have to make an offer?

What I do feel confident about is any move from PPX to buy PXUPA will be a positive action and see increase in both PPX and PXUPA.
