badda i knew you would turn up, as usual trying to add something substantial(or not)---i can remember the last time you tried to add something intelligent---you remember---i belive we were discussing vacancy rates and rba commentary on the housing shortage from feb 2012 which you described as being out of date and then to provide support to your point of view you posted some drivel from june 2011 so the word crap is pretty valid when it comes to anything you post---and by the way have you and commander worked out yet that 2% vacancy rates in sydney(as provided by commander) is in fact cronic shortage---truly one of the great moments of this forum---pmsl
