could you please outline what a good property investment outcome would be? You say you are picking up bargains and I assume making a profit.
What are your criteria in the current climate? Could you give us some figures on what you'd consider a good profit after flipping a property?
Include purchasing costs taxes, interest, improvements, time you spend on it if you paid yourself? and of course selling costs including taxes.
There are few who post hard figures on this forum.
