EDTD, I agree with everything you've stated. Great post.
However, keeping it real. Some risk still exists. But with the team we have, I'm sure it won't be much of a challenge.
The key check boxes remaining for me are -
1. Funding arrangements. What will this look like?
2. By-product offtakes. Or clarification regarding the plan for these markets. I know more detail on this is being hashed out for the DFS.
Other than that, I sleep pretty soundly at night.
