I totally agree. Building a reactor in China, particularly as a joint venture with a Chinese company, means transfer of Intellectual Property and knowhow, and will create competitors over there. That will be the end of our pricing power. (If we don't get some customers soon, and sell some product, it doesn't really matter, though.)
