On Intra Day 1 minute chart 13 million was bought in one transaction @2c at 10:26 am.
At 2:42pm 13 million was dumped @2c and sold back @ same price in single transaction.
AT 3:26 pm another 13 million sold @0.019c which could be the result of 2c dump (bought and sold at same price.)
I think 13 million buy @2c this morning was the same buyer who bought @2.1 c last week would have wanted to sell higher quickly, but couldn't do so and sold back to the market and triggered the SP to come down.
TA did see that coming.
But FA hasn't changed at all.
Today's announcement did not say when FS is going to be finished, due to which SP didn't move much higher.
This is the Government process and Government always take time. Just to translate one big document can take few weeks some time.
