I would say that 239 is far from gone, report from 8 horse still has them holding over 170 million shares... my belief here is that they have a position they plan on holding and are happy to added to that position at particular entry points.

I believe 239's average would be creeping on 1.6-1.7c now, if they where still buying the last few days as 8 horse report shows them in at an average 1.44c

Most interesting thing is that the volume is drying up which indicates that Paterson's is also likely running out of overhang and 239 maybe happy with their existing exposure, we should get confirmation on this once 8 horse or one of the other guys has access to reports from this weeks earlier trade.
