the draft feasibility would have certainly gain interest which was released in March 2018 and circulated to respective potential funders IMO -
the Final one one released confirms what we already know and investment banks would have already been in talks via CGGC who are responsible to fund this project - they would be across this with Bank of Asia
The Final feasibility has been sent to the Ministry for Rail for their approvals so i would say its nearly there - once funding is announced we will see fireworks re shareprice re-rate and the pros seem to be getting in now
