BNB doubled after announcement and then faded as people realised the company now belongs to the bankers.
Same with CNP. No value for shareholders. I am sure GR will still be on a very nice salary though.
It's a bankrupt company trading on the exchange, like BNB.
Maybe in 10 years CNP will be something again.
