    however i'm sure it wouldn't be jan,as GR or chairmain would have said in ann. that a condition of extentions was share holder approval of conversion of hybrid securities..

    don't you think?

    the biggest clue in ann. is the line "IF FULLY CONVERTED"

    i read this as some time in the future upto 7 years,and not nescesarily all at once if at all...converted..
