    IF it is fixed at 13c then this is brilliant for cnp. because in 7ys the hybrid will be 13c.

    say cnp is 52c then cnp SH would either
    pay out 1.8bil or
    convert as below

    For every 4 hybrids held they would recieve 1 CNP,

    that is a tradition hybrid
