The everyday items replicate the known brands only in the copy type packaging, the product is inferior quality and thats what you pay for. Cheap and nasty to use a phrase.
I believe Aldi are nothing more than a con job with copy cat products.

They employ minimal staff with some products stacked straight on the floor and you take them out of the cartons they came in and No bags etc

The clincher against Aldi in the best interests of Australians is one German family owns the Company and once the rollout of all their stores happen, the entire profit returns to the German Family. Aldi is not a listed Company! Anywhere.

Personally I wont shop at Aldi because WOW and Coles do more for Australians, eg Profit returned as Dividends to Australian shareholders, extra employees, Community support etc.
Of course in the future the Coles and WOW self serves may negate some employment and also the online grocery shop will also.

But atm WOW and Coles outweigh Aldi as a plus for Australia and Australians. imo
