I’m puzzled about my reaction to the Announcement Today of the JV not going ahead. I was profoundly disappointed, being close to 100% sure it was a goer. I have been very wrong more than once before though.
But, I'm not in a well of depression and despair.

I'm even mildly upbeat, waiting for any indication from Mike, or Mark or, ANYBODY from FBR that there is some prospect of finance, and finding an arrangement to stay comfortably afloat.
Just very hopeful there has been progress in that regard.
I really don’t know if I’m just deluded or in denial.
As I said in an earlier post today this is a proven Kick-Arse building solution. It cannot be allowed to fail, or go to a bunch of manipulators as has been the case for many innovative solutions.
Time, and events will tell.
Need to be fairly soon.
