don't follow your logic there abuman - if the terms were not acceptable to the Martu previously, then why would they be acceptable now? the GFC means absolutely nothing to the Martu, they want what they want and the dumb tribunal has put the ball in their court - actually the 'decision' made by the tribunal is really no decision at all, they've copped out....

and as I see it, RWD has no choice but to challenge the decision unless there's a quick resolution between the parties - and how likely is that?....


and yes, there is always scope to challenge the tribunal's decision if it is thought that they acted outside of their terms of reference in making that so-called decision....
