PVD is a little speculative GEM, will be pushing higher.
oil juniors are normally not good investment for long term, but would have a good run before spud, like, EXR, RMP, FAR, BCC, CTP, even KAR... I think it's a industrial risk, not many can be turned out to be WPL, OSH.
