Pura Vida wishes to advise that it has no present or future interest in any such acreage. Pura Vida has a fully funded, balanced and active portfolio of projects. With near term drilling activity on Mazagan (offshore Morocco), a farmout process underway to fund seismic and drilling on Nkembe (offshore Gabon), as well as an upcoming seismic acquisition at Ambilobe (offshore Madagascar), Pura Vida’s existing portfolio offers considerable opportunities for growth. In the near term, Pura Vida’s development will be driven by its current assets.
